Thursday, February 21, 2002 ( 1:28 AM ) Fadhil I submitted my resignation letter to my boss last month. Before doing that however, I did tell him that I plan to leave. This is the fourth time that I'm doing this, I mean I've worked at 3 different companies earlier. It's been the same everytime. The boss seem to appreciate you a little bit more when he knows you're going away, and asking you to stay by offering you things that we know should have been done long time ago. Profits and bottomline seem to be the only things that matter to bosses. I've never been a boss myself. Maybe after this, I will. Will I be like my former bosses? Maybe yes, but hopefully not. # |
